- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items that are opened, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

- Clearance or sale items.
- Perishable goods, such as disposable vapes or e-liquids.
- Items purchased as final sale or marked “non-returnable.”

Approval:
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return label to send your item(s). -
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. -

Partial refunds may be granted for:- Items not in their original condition.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are in their original state or are malfunctioning but are not from Clearance products. To request an exchange, contact us at vapeszn@proton.me.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. Provide photos and a detailed description for faster resolution.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process.
