Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed outside business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier delays, weather conditions, or order volume.

Shipping Coverage
Vapeszn ships to all 50 U.S. states.
We do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO), or international destinations.

Age Verification
To comply with federal and state regulations, customers must be 21 years or older to purchase from Vapeszn.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement. We may request government-issued photo ID to verify age before processing or delivery. Orders that cannot be age-verified may be canceled.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no reference to vaping products on the exterior of the package to ensure full privacy.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment status at any time using this information.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
You must notify us of any delivery issues within 48 hours of a “delivered” status. Vapeszn is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at vapeszn@proton.me. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can resolve it quickly.

 


 

Return Policy

At Vapeszn, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following guidelines for returning items purchased through our website.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe:
    Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  2. Condition of Items:

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
    • Items that are opened, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Clearance or sale items.
    • Perishable goods, such as disposable vapes or e-liquids.
    • Items purchased as final sale or marked “non-returnable.”

Return Process

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at vapeszn@proton.me to initiate a return. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Approval:
    Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return label to send your item(s).

  3. Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

Refunds

  1. Processing Time:
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

  2. Partial Refunds:
    Partial refunds may be granted for:

    • Items not in their original condition.
    • Items returned after the return period but are still sealed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are in their original state or are malfunctioning but are not from Clearance products. To request an exchange, contact us at vapeszn@proton.me.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. Provide photos and a detailed description for faster resolution.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process.
